Service Description
Medical massage is an outcome-oriented therapeutic session focused on addressing specific areas of pain, tension, or dysfunction in the body. Rather than a general relaxation experience, this treatment is designed to support measurable improvement in mobility, comfort, and overall physical function. Each session begins with a brief assessment to understand your concerns, followed by targeted techniques, including deep tissue work, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, or lymphatic support, depending on your needs. The goal is to help reduce pain, improve circulation, restore muscle balance, and support the body’s natural healing process. Medical massage is often recommended for conditions such as chronic muscle tension, neck and shoulder pain, migraines, postural strain, injury recovery, and stress-related physical discomfort. Sessions are customized and documented as needed. Receipts can be provided for clients using Health Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts when accompanied by a physician’s letter of medical necessity.
Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing each client with high-quality care and a respectful, peaceful environment. Please review the following policies before booking: No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled massage appointment, no refund will be issued. The full session fee will be forfeited. Refund Policy No refunds are provided for massage services, including missed or canceled appointments. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may not be accommodated. Late Arrival Policy Your scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. This ensures that other clients are not impacted. The full session fee still applies. Please use your discretion and plan ahead to ensure you arrive on time and receive the full benefit of your service.
